Food Care Award™ Level 1
Food Care Award™ Level 1 is indicated for food businesses who wishes to demonstrate full compliance with the Food Safety Management System International Standard.
Food Care Award™ Level 2
Food Care Award™ Level 2 is meant to be chosen by food businesses who want to demonstrate that their food safety system follows the CXC 1-1969 "General Principles of Food Hygiene" Code of Pratice adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
Food Care Award™ Level 3
Food Care Award™ Level 3 is for SMEs that wishes to demonstrate compliance with local jurisdictions, food hygiene requirements and producing or serving food that is safe to eat.
Certified Food Safety Professional™
The Food Safety Book of Knowledge™, developed with the assistance of several industry experts, involves a comprehensive training program covering a wide range of topics, including food handling and storage, sanitation practices, hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), foodborne illnesses, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and the successful completion of an examination. Becoming a Certified Food Safety Professional™ signifies that the individual has met the rigorous standards set by WFSO and possesses the necessary qualifications, knowledge, skills, and expertise in the field of food safety.
WFSO USA Certified Food Protection Manager
The WFSO USA Food Protection Manager Exam is the evaluation and certification of those candidates who wish to secure or maintain Food Protection Manager Certification in accordance with the FDA Food Code. This exam measures knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to the prevention of foodborne illnesses and aligns with the requirements for a Certified Person in Charge of a food service operation serving the public.
